Individual therapy consist of one-on-one sessions, with a highly trained professional to help a single person work through personal issues. Individual treatment is effective for a variety of emotional difficulties and mental health and behavioral health challenges.

THERAPY
Couples therapy also known as “marriage” therapy focuses on the relationship between the two partners of a couple. Couples therapy can help you and your partner improve your relationship by learning effective communication skills, mutual respect and methods to nurture the relationship.

ADOLESCENT/
CHILDREN
Helping young individuals gain an understanding and manage challenges that affect their mental health. Including mental illness, behavioral issues, resolve conflict and learn to express feelings and thoughts. Utilization of Play Therapy, Art Therapy and Talk Therapy are effective techniques to make positive changes during the therapy process.

Family therapy aids all family members in learning how to find new skills to work together, resolve conflicts and communicate more effectively with each other leading to better relationships for all the family members.
