I am a licensed Marriage Family Therapist, and my passion is to help those dealing with daily life struggles. My years of experience lend a great deal of knowledge in assisting couples and individuals in learning to live their lives to the fullest.

I trust that therapy is most effective when building a strong collaboration and rapport between the client/s and the therapist. Client’s that are proactive in meeting their goals and the motivated during the therapeutic process leads to a more direct path in achieving their desired change/s.

I fully understand it takes courage to work through difficult challenges! I genuinely believe that most everyone can benefit from receiving therapy by learning to navigate through the obstacles that they have faced throughout their lives. My role as a therapist is to collaborate with, empathize with, support, and encourage her clients using humor and therapeutic tools.
